Madeleine Johns is a writer and avid reader from Canberra, Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Arts (Creative Writing) at the University of Canberra. She is a member of the Canberra Speculative Fiction Guild and Marion (previously ACT Writers Centre).

Madeleine was selected for a two-week residency at the KSP Writers’ Centre in Perth, Australia, as part of the “2019 New Writers Program”.

Her short fiction has been published on The Regal Fox, Curieux, Cicerone Journal and in “Analecta 2018: Disconnections”, the University of Canberra’s annual printed anthology.

If she’s not writing, she’s reading (most likely with her cat on her lap!)
